In Memoriam of Lesitritz Co-Founder Mr. Helmuth Schaak

Our co-founder and owner for many years, Mr Helmuth Schaak passed away on August 19, 2021 in his hometown of Nuremberg, Germany at the age of 97. With his father-in-law Mr Paul Leistritz, Mr Schaak built up the Leistritz group of companies including Leistritz Advanced Technologies in NJ to become a leader in airfoil, pumping, extrusion and machining applications. Mr Schaak was from ground up an engineer with vision and understanding of customer specific solutions. His insights and mindfulness carried through the entire organization, which under his leadership grew from a small German establishment to a globally active enterprise. Mr Schaak will be dearly missed. Rest In Peace!
